The glamorous city of Boca Raton, Florida, is witnessing a new pinnacle of luxury as the Parker Estate hits the market for a staggering $52 million. This opulent waterfront property is the most expensive residential listing in the city, setting a new benchmark for extravagance and elegance.

Located at 2499 E. Maya Palm Drive, within the exclusive Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club neighborhood, this 1.7-acre, three-lot estate is owned by Randy Parker, the founder of online marketing firm Constant Contact. The property is being sold through a family trust, as reported by the Wall Street Journal.

The renowned Jill Hertzberg and Jon Mann of The Jills Zeder Group are the representatives of this exceptional listing. The luxurious 10,000-square-foot main house comprises three spacious bedrooms, custom ceilings, and windows that flood the space with natural light. The principal suite occupies the top level, offering breathtaking views, generous closets, his-and-hers bath suites, comfortable sitting areas, and exclusive access to a rooftop sun patio.

A separate guest house evokes memories of the bungalows at Little Palm Island resort in the Florida Keys, boasting a palm-frond ceiling, a soaking tub built for two, and a private outdoor shower. Craig Morell, the talented landscape designer, has meticulously designed and maintained the estate’s grounds, ensuring they match the grandeur of the main house.

The property features two stunning swimming pools, with one being an infinity-edge pool gracefully wrapping around the main house. A covered patio area offers ample space for outdoor entertaining, while the open kitchen, equipped with a 15-foot-long island and double stoves, ovens, sinks, and dishwashers, is perfect for hosting large gatherings. With nearly 440 feet of water frontage, the estate overlooks the Intracoastal Waterway and a side canal, accompanied by a vacant 0.4-acre lot across the street.

If the Parker Estate sells for its asking price, it will establish a new record for residential sales in Boca Raton. Randy Parker’s parents, Glen K. Parker and Sandy, purchased the properties in the mid-1990s, constructing the home as their primary residence. Glen K. Parker, who passed away last year, was the founder of The Institute for Econometric Research, later acquired by Time, Inc., in 1998.

Boca Raton’s luxury homes in private communities have seen a surge in demand, particularly since the pandemic sparked a South Florida real estate boom. Investment chief Stanley Moss and his wife Lisa recently bought a waterfront spec home in the city from luxury developer Group P6 for $11.2 million.

In a testament to the area’s growing prestige, luxury builders Steve and Scott Dingle set the previous Boca Raton price record, selling a waterfront spec mansion in the Royal Palm Yacht & Country Club for an impressive $28 million just last month.

The Parker Estate’s emergence on the market is a dazzling addition to Boca Raton’s luxury real estate landscape, with its unique blend of opulence, sophistication, and unmatched amenities, setting a new standard for high-end living in the city.
