Miami Concours 2026 Redefines the Modern Automotive Showcase in the Miami Design District

The ninth edition blends hypercars, heritage, and high design into a three-day cultural experience

From February 13 to 15, 2026, Miami Concours returned to the Miami Design District for its ninth edition, reaffirming why it remains one of the most anticipated automotive cultural events in the United States. Produced by Hxecute, the three-day showcase once again blurred the lines between engineering, art, fashion, architecture, and contemporary luxury.

Set against the clean lines and striking façades of the Miami Design District, the event unfolded not as a conventional car show, but as a carefully staged cultural moment. Post-war automotive icons stood alongside cutting-edge hypercars, each positioned as design objects as much as machines.

The worldwide unveiling of the first U.S. customer Koenigsegg CC850 drew significant attention, marking a milestone moment for American collectors. The celebration of the 20th anniversary of the Ferrari P4/5 added a layer of reverence for modern coachbuilt history, while a rare presentation of Jim Glickenhaus’s prototype collection offered enthusiasts an intimate look at boundary-pushing performance engineering.

Vehicles on display included the Ferrari P4/5, P4/5 Competizione, SCG 004C, and SCG 004S. Together, they told a story about evolution, where heritage and experimentation coexist on the same red carpet.

Unlike static exhibitions in enclosed halls, Miami Concours leverages the open-air urban grid of the District, allowing architecture and automotive form to speak to one another. Supercars were framed by luxury storefronts and art installations, elevating the viewing experience into something cinematic.

Honoring Christian von Koenigsegg

A central moment of the weekend was the formal recognition of Christian von Koenigsegg, founder of Koenigsegg Automotive AB.

A curated presentation of landmark Koenigsegg automobiles traced the evolution of the marque from its early breakthroughs to its most technologically advanced creations. For collectors and design purists, it was a rare opportunity to experience the full arc of one of the most innovative hypercar manufacturers of the modern era.

“Over the last nine years with Miami Concours, we’ve honored remarkable individuals who have shaped automotive history,” said John Temerian, Co-Founder of CURATED. “This year, we were proud to recognize Christian von Koenigsegg, one of the great visionaries of our time.”

His presence reinforced Miami Concours’ growing reputation as more than a showcase. It has become a platform where legacy, invention, and cultural influence intersect.

Design, Innovation, and the Future of the Hypercar

The ninth edition leaned into the evolving language of the hypercar, vehicles that are as much technological statements as performance machines.

The weekend opened with Drive-In Movie Night on Friday, setting an immersive tone. Saturday introduced a Polestar Ride and Drive activation, inviting guests to experience the brand’s minimalist, design-forward, all-electric vehicles firsthand. By Sunday, the highly anticipated Red-Carpet Showcase transformed the District into an elevated ticketed experience.

Presented by Prestige Imports, CURATED, duPont REGISTRY, and a distinguished network of private collectors, Miami Concours continues to evolve beyond a traditional automotive exhibition. It now operates as a cultural platform where craftsmanship is contextualized through architecture, fashion, and contemporary luxury.

A Cultural Crossroads in Motion

Co-owned by the Concours Group, duPont REGISTRY, and the Miami Design District, Miami Concours has redefined what a modern automotive showcase can look like. Notable attendees including Brett David, John Temerian Jr., Craig Robins, Devon Windsor, and leaders from the worlds of design and fashion signaled the event’s expanding cultural reach.

With support from partners such as Lotus, Polestar, Accutron, Pagani Residences, Moët Hennessy, Lamborghini of Miami, and Pagani of Miami, the 2026 edition reinforced a clear message. The automobile is no longer just transportation. It is design language, cultural currency, and a moving expression of identity.

As Miami continues to position itself as a global capital for art and luxury, Miami Concours stands firmly at that intersection, where engineering precision meets architectural beauty and innovation is placed under the sun, not behind velvet ropes.
