Matt Zingler, co-founder of the global hip-hop festival Rolling Loud, is parting ways with his Miami Beach waterfront retreat, now listed for $18.9 million. The two-lot compound sits on the exclusive Biscayne Point, offering 150 feet of open bay frontage and panoramic views that capture the essence of Miami luxury.

Zingler began assembling the property nearly a decade ago, first buying one lot for $1.85 million in 2016, then expanding with a second in 2020 for $2.195 million. The result is a rare half-acre spread combining two homes, outdoor leisure space, and the kind of privacy that attracts both artists and entrepreneurs.

Listing agent Dina Goldentayer of Douglas Elliman describes the property as a “family compound setup” with potential for wellness, entertainment, and relaxation. The main residence features a lap pool with an infinity edge that visually melts into Biscayne Bay, while the secondary home, built in 1950, has been repurposed as a guest house or wellness pavilion. Its former bean-shaped pool was replaced with space for a padel court, a sport quickly becoming a must-have among Miami’s elite. “People are literally buying their neighbors just to build a padel court,” Goldentayer said.

Inside, the home reflects Zingler’s flair for drama and design. Highlights include a bank-vault-style closet that doubles as a safe room, a soaring double-height foyer illuminated by Baccarat-inspired chandeliers, and sage green onyx adorning the primary bathroom. “The owner drew inspiration from some of the top hotels in the world that he would frequently visit,” Goldentayer noted.

Zingler, along with college friend Tariq Cherif, founded Rolling Loud in 2015. What started as a Miami-based festival has grown into an international phenomenon, hosting events across the United States, Thailand, and Australia. The stages have welcomed some of the biggest names in music, from Travis Scott and Cardi B to Future and Peso Pluma. As Rolling Loud approaches its 10th anniversary in Miami this December, Zingler’s latest move feels like another chapter in a life built on vision and reinvention.

The Biscayne Point compound captures that same energy, a blend of ambition, style, and cultural influence. It is not just a property, it is a statement piece.
